RTO India — There is a quite delay in issuing of Driving Licence

Address: Guru Teg Bahadar Enclave,Bathinda Road, Guru teg bahadar envlave,bathinda road

Issue is regarding my driving licence, actually its been more than a month since i gave test for permanent license but it is still in process. Why there is so much delay. Please help me!
