Rto Koramangala — my dl is still not dispatched

Hi,

My dl has been printed in smart card on 5th dec 2019 in koramangala rto. But it has not been dispatched yet. Can you please help me in this issue to get it resolved.

Dl application number is :[protected]

This should be very easy for any rto to just dispatch the dl., i do not know why they are taking such a long time.
