Rto Office Indore — Re issue of car rc after hypothecation removal

This is deepak kumar having been deposited my car rc (mp09cv1803) in indore rto after completing (jan2022) my car loan which was financed by a bank along with form 35 and bank noc duly completed on 03 Oct 2022 and now today this is 13 dec 2022 (almost 03 months) and yet i have not received my car rc after removal of hypothecation. please do the needful. all these helpdesk number are either switched off /invalid/ or out of network coverage :
