After passing two wheeler driving test on 19.5 17 . I have not received driving licence up to till date .Driving licence no MH46 [protected] WAS ISSUED on 19.5.17. I approached to RTO Pamvel office but they adviced me to deposit 600 fess and apply for address change .but my address is same .There should be a procedure to get licence after showing address proof and ID in case of licence not delivered by post at the address.Please advice me how can I get my driving licence .
