Dear Sir,
I have made a payment to the tune of 5195 /- in the account of sbiepay.[protected]@sbi on the 27th Dec 2020, time 3.04 pm. via BHIM upi transaction no[protected].
The same has been confirmed by Bhim UPI vide complaint no as below.
Complaint No:[protected] Ref Your Call To Bhim Helpline. As Per The Bank, The Transaction Amt Is Credited To Merchant'S A/C. Thank You.
The Parivahan site reflects this transaction for the amount of 5195, vide transaction ref MHY[protected] and Payment Id ref MH201227V8178072 as transaction failed.
The amount is debited from my account.
Please look into the matter and do the needful of either forwarding me a receipt of the paid amount or refunding the same to my bank account.
On contacting Parivahan, their Technical cell has replied as follows.
Dear Sir,
The payment made gets deposited in the Govt treasury. No refund can be made through the application.
The applicant may approach the RTO/Bank/ Transport Department for manual refund process.
