Rto Srikakulam — fined illegally

I have a TATA 407 Ex2 BS4 LPT Model, LGV(Light Goods Vehicle) vehicle having Regd. No-OD 07-T-2313. I have all the valid documents obtained from RTO Chattrapur(Odisha) and RTO Srikakulam(Andhra Pradesh). i have the permit to ply my vehicle in the states of both Odisha and Andhra Pradesh for 5 Years.
On 14-Oct-2017 my vehicle was proceeding to Koraput from Brahmapur via Srikakulam with a load . Near srikakulam on 15-Oct-2017 at 5:15 AM, Mr V.Venkata Rao, Asst.M.V.I., Srikakulam has stopped my vehicle and asked me to show all the documents of the Vehicle so as per his direction i have shown him all my documents of my vehicle i.e. Registration Paper of my Vehicle, Insurance, Permit of both the states and waybills. After verifying all the documents he asked me for Mechanical Report, i told him that my vehicle do not need any Mechanical Report as i have asked for the same at purushothapuram check post so i have produced all the documents of my Vehicle. After perusal of my documents he told me that "there is no need of any Mechanical Report for your vehicle as your vehicle is a 4 wheeler LGV(Light Goods Vehicle). So i have told the same to the MVI but he did not listened me and fined my vehicle Rs 1000 and issued a Vehicle Check Report (VCR No[protected], i paid the fined amount accordingly. After perusal of the V.C.R i found that the M.V.Inspector has written that the class of my Vehicle as HGV(Heavy Goods Vehicle) instead of LGV(Light Goods Vehicle) as per my vehicle regd. paper . Though i have all the documents still Assistant MVI, Srikakulam fined my vehicle Illegally accordingly he harrassed me. This is for your information and necessary action at your hand.
