Today rtv bus plying from tilak nagar to kailash puri stopped midway even after asking for payment. How can they stop midway and misbehave with the customer even after plying on the road. They don't behave properly and just ask any one to get down. Their commercial license should be confiscated and not allowed to run-on road.
