I am sending me this issue regarding patients reports which is not showing to relatives

Respected Authority I hope you are aware about Patients relatives Right about information of the treatment, records and medical reports, if someone asking medical reports of the patients it's duty of hospital to give information and reports to relatives ( blood relation)

I am quoting / writing here what is the right of patient relatives under

The Constitution of India, Article 21
Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations 2002
The Consumer Protection Act 1986

. Right to Records and Reports
Every patient or his caregiver has the right to access originals/copies of case papers, indoor patient records, and investigation reports (during a period of admission, preferably within 24 hours and after discharge, within 72 hours)
This should be made available after paying appropriate fees for photocopying or allowed to be photocopied by patients at their cost.
