Guys, i booked two flats in rudra aquacasa and palace heights under subvention scheme where rudra was supposed to pay emis to the bank. Rudra just deposited 2-3 emis and now bank is sueing me. Rudra people doesn't care about it and continuously denying to meet me or even responding to my calls. Moreover, there is no construction in tower b in palace heights Was this information helpful? Now they are giving possession for one of it's Project .

They are doing it just for 2 towers but still they haven't deposited the emis as promised.

You can buy as the property is good enough. But be sure that you don't buy it under subvention scheme.you shall buy it as ready to move.
