Rummyculture — Account suspended

I was playing the gaming and I wanted to play another game however I got message that to upload since KYC approved for my account. I am not able withdraw my money as well. They are asking me to wait till 180 days to investigate the reason. I am not getting proper response from them. I need to withdraw my money. Please help and take an action.
