Rummyculture — Fake app

Address: Mumbai
Website: rummy culture

I have lost around 4 lakh in an online rummy game. They use a unfair trick to maintain winning & loosing according to customer activity and his transactions. So, I wanted to file a consumer case on them. But, they have not provided any contact details except a customer care E-mail address & a toll-free phone number and I asked for transaction details also. In June there was an offer of a scratch card in their game site, but it was not available for me. So, I called them and asked, they said that you are using multiple accounts in one phone, so according to company rules, you are ineligible. So, if that is the case, they must disqualify my registration on my first play from another account as per their policy. But they said it after sucking huge money from all accounts. They drop very good cards to beginners and make them win to make them addict initially So, I played with several accounts by expecting winnings.
