Today cooking active( add on ) was activated on my vc no. [protected] at 4.22 pm on 8.1.2019. by Vivek Kumar as informed by customer care ( ankit Tiwari). Vivek Kumar never talked to me. this is clear that dish tv or its rep are involved in making money by making fool to its customer. this is my first complaint. hope my money will be returned to me immediately without any terms and conditions and this will not happen again. otherwise I will have no option except discontinue my service with dish tv.
