We had booked a 1BHK flat in Runwal Avenue on 30th August 2022, so we swiped booking amount and gave advanced cheque as a part of the booking amount which your team were going to draft on Monday.
Then within the next week on 6th August 2022, we gave another cheque for the date 14th August 2022 as a part of fast payment which your team again drafted.
After 2 weeks around 24th August 2022, I called a team member regarding our next payment but I was informed that Runwal had revised the cost sheet.
So till 9th September 2022, we were made to wait and stop our further payment.
We were never informed about the revised cost sheet before until we tried to contact them. I want to know why this misunderstanding was created and need to know the reason for the revised cost sheet. Was this information helpful? |
