Rustomjee Global City Virar — Possession delay

I have booked a flat in Avenue L of Rustomjee Global city, Virar (W) in 2018. As per agreement possession due was on Aug.2021. But even in Mar2022, I'm not getting proper response from Rustomjee, virar team. They are not even discussing for compensations for this delay.
Another issue is, the sales peoples do false claims regarding municipal water supply, which was not there at all in Avenue-L.
