Rva Realcon Pvt Ltd — A fraud & cheating company from faridabad

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased a Plot bearing No. H-101 measuring 100 sq yds in Greater Nodia, Gram Sikandrapur, Tehsil & Jilla - Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P., vide Bayana/Booking Agreement dated 13.03.2011 from M/s. RVA Realcon Pvt. Ltd. through authorized signatory Mr. Sanjay Singh Adhana, 9 & 16, Varun Tower, Near Ajronda Chowk, Sector 20-B, Faridabad and full payment of Rs.1, 62, 000/- were made by Cash & Cheque on time. After this payment they had asked to deposit Rs.60, 000/- more towards development charges and registry charges which I refused to do at that time because no development was took place till date and thus the matter was kept pending for registry.

Surprisingly, after receiving the full payment the office of the company was run away to 1st Floor, DLF Tower, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi, without any information and then after 2 months or so again shifted to Faridabad at two other locations in Green Field Colony, and now I am unable to trace out the company or its promoters. If anybody can help me out on the matter most welcome.

I have now decided to lodge the complaint with the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum with copy to CM Window Haryana, Commissioner of Police, Faridabad and Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida since the booking was made from their office at Varun Tower, Near Ajronda Chowk, Faridabad.
