Rwa (gardenia Gateway) — electricity load issue

Hi,

My society supervisor is asking for unauthorized amount to increase the load of electricity in a flat and he is not even increasing it if we are willing to pay the asked amount, can you please help us.

We are following our society maintenance office for last 1 month to increase the load but they are not at all helpful, they have created their own monopoly.
