I have been working on freelance basis with rydot services (name of the company). And they are charging me with legal notice due breach in their agreement which I think they have done by themselves by playing with me and technical glitch. And now harassing me.

As the case will be registered on you and your soft copy will be sent through the mail and a hard copy of your case notice will be sent to you at your address So, be there within 7 days it will be done and do not leave your town till then hire your advocate and be ready with proof
As these are the messages I have received on 15th august morning they are clearly saying that i have breached the contract while it was their fault that my Id has been blocked on 2nd day of working they were calling me that I have to pay 7400 rupees as the penalty + 1600 rupees total 9000 rupees for maintenance charges for reactivating my ID, while blocking of id have nothing to do with me as I was trying to login the system said that “Your login id is blocked due to violation of company’s terms and condition or breach of any clause. You will get update for further solution asap.” After receiving call from them they told me that it happened because IP address change while I was working on same laptop since starting day while it was clearly mentioned in contract that. Freelancer will get single id to work on and after Logout entries simultaneously), 2 I.P addresses (Double I.P Addresses Entries), 2 Systems (2 Computers/Laptops/Mobile Phones) used in a single I.D, The Company will Systems (2 Computers/Laptops/Mobile Phones) used in a single I.D, The Company offline modules. So from my side I told them everything that I know but company made some excuses that it happed because of me later for termination they first told me deposit 10000 rupees on their account before 4 pm.
