I had bought property in ganesh royale of s b patil group sbpatilgroup.in. Possession was supposed to be in december 2015, but they have not done till date. The sales executive and the developer ganesh patil have stopped responding to all my emails, phone calls.
Do not and do not ever buy from them. They are complete fraud. They
Talk very sweetly till you sign the document. After that they will show you that they are complete crooks.
Friends, i have invested 1.5 crores here and not day goes by that i regret thoroughly. Do not buy from them. You will suffer, like i am suffering now.

sbpatilgroup.in #Worst construction company in #PCMC, Bad quality of construction I had to spend 5lacs on the fixation of incomplete consturction work done in my apartment by S B Patil and his sons Ganesh Patil and Akash Patil. They had built illegal floors in our building in Dapodi by manipulation in PCMC with influence of local politician and now some of our members of society have to pay the fines. People please don't buy from such zholar builders like #SBPatilGroup
