This is Abitha, I have bought a Samsung 1.0ton AC on 02.04.2021 in Shahs chrompet showroom and it got delivered as per timeline on 03.04.202. Shahs showroom executive told me that it will get installed on 04.04.2021 but service technician not came to visit. We were continuously follow up with Shahs executive and Samsung technician for the installation.
Two service people from Samsung came for installation on 05.04.2021 and told us that outdoor compressor unit cannot be feasible to fix in the desire place which we have requested in 2 floor in our bed room.
They have denied and respond to us very pathetic and asked us to arrange ladder.
After we arranged the ladder nobody has visited and responded till today even after so many escalation and calls to Shah.
Later on Mr. Yogesh from Shah promised that will get installed on 06.04.2021 the same wasn't happened and nobody taken a call and responded. Finally today the Shah people told the same story due to non availability for technician/ engineer, again nobody has visited from Samsung.
We fed up with the customer service from Shahs chrompet branch and Samsung service people with response on customer complaints and delay in installation.
We have visited the Shah showroom to refund the money and return back the product but they are convinced us to give a time till tomorrow again as final chance.
But we are not believing their words, our trust has gone with Shah and Samsung service. In future we won't buy any products from Shah and Samsung.If they are trouble us even after in the first installation process, how would the free service and customer complaints can be responded by them.Please escalate this complaint to head level and provide us the solution. I will wait for till tomorrow evening, if it continues the same, please refund my money back and I will not suggest anybody to buy products from Shah and Samsung products.
I will openly put my statement strongly in all social media/ webpages to the extreme.
Please treat this is on high priority customer issue to withstand your company standards.
