Hello I am Nitish Korde..!

Hope you all are aware that, there is one medical center based at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India for GAMCA Medical Check. I have experienced horrible of them, for which I'm raising complaint here..

I have visited their medical center for GAMCA Medical Check up for Saudi on dated[protected] based on attached photo receipt and during visit as well as after it I faced following concerns, which needs to be resolved from your end and refund my money for in future trouble free process...

1) Timing :- Their timing is from 09:00 AM as per their website and as per the details mentioned online, however they are operating center from 9:40 AM, almost 40 mins late. As they are operating late so the candidates coming from different regions of India for medical are waiting outside and unnecessarily being irritated as their center complex security is also very rude and pathetic.

2) No Proper Intimation / Guidance :- As the candidates coming from different regions of India for medical, So It's their responsibility to inform them at least to come with Fasting for medical tests. As candidates travel a lot from different corners, so they eat / take some food and during medical center show it in Higher glucose level. So this is completely wrong because if they are communicating with us through a call for Just Money, then they should inform us for fasting also or else they guys are really interested in money only.

3) No Proper Facilities :- As the candidates cum customers coming through tough travelling, they should at least provide Clean Drinking water availability, Ventilation, Seating, Mobile / Laptop charging facilities etc.. as they are charging a very higher amount, so they should maintain the same.

4) Taking benefit of Covid Scenario:- As Gulf council has already framed the charges / fees for irrespective region medical tests though in this tough Covid scenario they people taking more money @ 5, 00 /- by cheating the candidates at the name of Covid PPE's provision, however they are providing very third class precautionary measures like Disposable Masks, Face shields & NO SANITIZER, though they are charging from us and not giving any receipt of it so it clear shows their poor aim.

5) Horrible Experience of Money Fraud :- I had visited at center as said above and I paid total 5, 500 /- Rs. to them (5, 000 Rs. for Medical + 5, 00 Rs. for Covid PPE's) without having MOFA number with me as my consultant (Sea Gull) has done mistake in it, though I had not MOFA number they people were only interested to take money from my side in anyway even if me & my consultant (Sea Gull) were in confusion. Now as the Saudi Visa services are not still started and due to it I couldn't get MOFA number so their team had closed my receipt without any intimation, submission of Medical reports to me and Now when I am asking for Medical reports they are saying that it's not possible to give reports and also they are not refunding my money, As they have not provided any proof / receipt for this 5, 500 Rs. to me it clear case of money fraud from their side.

6) Very Rude Behavior & Not co-operative:- Their front desk staff is very arrogant and rude with all candidates who are coming from a long way. Their team is not providing any facility, any guidance or even any support for completion of the overall process and they are keeping in waiting mode to all candidates by wasting a time by calling Doctor very late with fake timings. Their Google Reviews are also very bad for the same matter, you can check the same.

I have already done follow up through call & mail but they are not responding, even I have complained of them to Gulf medical coucil support team and they have invested the case and informed me to proceed further against them in legal manner.

All in all I am just requesting your organization to look into the matter and close these concerns as candidates are suffering due to their improper way of working, behavior and money fraud and also requesting to resolve my money refund request (Rs. 5, 500 /-) as soon as possible.
