I purchased the battery on10/06/18 livguard 5tx battery hsn[protected] while driving bike the battery was overheated. I request to s. F sonic shopee, rajkumargunj darbhanga to replace battery. He agreed and provided me another one. As per his instruction i reached in his shop next day he did not replace its and fitt the unfitt battery to my bike and used unsocial language and challenge me to go to the consumer forum.
