This is to inform you that I am a seller on Flipkart portal and selling mobile phone and accessories from last seven months. From Last one and half months I have observed that my return were coming wrong and some of the missing contents, I was raising the SPF claims for the same. Some time the claim rejected some time claims approved. Now suddenly they rejected my claims and also found that in courier return my products were found changed . I do not know who is doing pilferage from our products even after sharing the product packing video. Flipkart sent us the mail that we are claiming false SPF claims without giving any evidence and suddenly they hold our account and blocked. When we ask them to show the evidence of doing the same they never provide solution. Request you to kindly file our complaint and take necessary action against them Was this information helpful? |
