1. I have the honour to summit the following few lines for your kind consideration and faverable acton please
2. I have a pli policy no. Aps[protected] l which date of commenment is 06 sep 2012 and premium rate is rs 2575 / - but my paor signal jabalpur by mistaake recovered premium from my salary payslip rs 5150 / - . In my monthly pay slip showing two pli no. First aps_1343248l and second is aps - 134348 l. Fist pli bound received but second pli does not exist. Thus according my payslip month 10 / 2012 to 08 / 2013 total wrong deduction premium is rs 33475 / - . I already send many letter but not refund my wrong deduction premium.
