There is a person named sumit, who owns the company. We purchased a RO purifier last year on 18th October 2020. They given us the garantee of 1 year for all the electrical parts.
On 6th October, our RO stops working, we called them they assure us that our problem will be resolved in 1 day but our problem didn't resolved till now.
We tried to call him alot but he didn't answered our call.
Please resolve our service issue for the he same.
