I purchased tvs xl100 on 23/12/2017 and delivered the vehicle on same day with invoice telling me that i can drive the vehicle on road. I paid the charges of insurance premium and road tax to the showroom. Today when i asked your showroom to give the insurance certificate they told me two days more will needed to deliver the certificate. Without insurance the vehicle is with me and if the vehicle is stolen who would suffer the loss and i will other customers the casual approach of showroom. Pl look into this matter.
