S. S. B Driving School (Mr. G. Raju, Ph: [protected]) — rude and vulgar language on the phone

My wife opted for s. S. B driving school located in alwal. She paid 5800rs cash in instalments. The tutoring cars were old and hard to drive. I was more concerned about the safety of my wife. The instructor didn't even mention about the seat belt safety rule. He didnt even taught reverse driving. His instructing language was also not proper. Lacked professionalism. He had old maruti 800 which was just a piece of junk. My wife couldn't take the driving licence driving session as there were clash of dates given by him. Me and wife had to migrate to canada for our career purposes. After 1 year when we came and called him wether he could re-arrange the dl session as we paid 5800rs amount but the proprietor mr. Raju spoke in a very rude and unprofessional way. He was least bothered to hear our queries. He even denied that we paid him the money. I understand that my wife couldn't attend the dl session, but we were expecting a solution for the problem.. Not to hear his rude language on the phone. We were very disheartened by the way he spoke on the phone and even abruptly ended the call. We felt verbally abused. At least there's a word called courtesy and professional behaviour which mr. Raju lacked totally. Extremely ashamed about the poor services offered by him and would definitely not recommend his driving school to anyone.
