I am a heart patient, aged 75 years having B P problems.
I visited your shop at LIC Colony Borivali on 29th June 2015 at about 11 o'clock, .
After selecting few items I was standing in the Q for measurement of wt. at he counter outside. There wasa long Q on that day. I was 4th in the Q.
Suddenly a man in uniform came from inside and announced to break the Q and go insde for another counter for the measurement. On his instructions I broke the Q with some other customers and went inside.to measure the irtems.
The man at hte measuremtn a tall person in blue uniform shouted at us by saying as he is busy with measuring food grains he won't the oblige. He asked me to go back.
Suddenly a customer in the Q at the foodgrains shouted at me giving moral tutions loudly. I lost my temper and about to go back without purchase.
Some other customers in Q offered me space and allowed to go ahead for measurement.
At this point of commotion nobody turned up at from your staff. Managers appeared be absent of that day.
How the blue collared staff make announces to customer without knowing the situation on other side. Where did he go on my shouting for wrong advise.?Is this the system working in your Borivali Office? Was this information helpful? |
