An amount of Rs. 604.05 has been deducted from my State Bank of India Debit card on 06.09.2015. But I have not purchased anything nor used by Debit card on that date. In this connection, a message has been received by me which reads as follows : "Thank you for using your SBI debit card - for purchase worth Rs. 604.05 on POS 2002 at IRCTC txn#[protected]."
Kindly do the needful for refund of the money.
