I called these cheating company for servicing my Bosch washing machine and lost 8000 Rs. they took my machine to their garage and damaged it to the core. Before switching on machine they collected money and ran away. The machine now running forever with no indicators blinking, collapsed program control. I called customer care (SV service center) and mechanic (Tabreez- GLOTECH), both are rude and responded unprofessionally (Using bad words) scolding me and my wife, finally after 5 days of repeated follow up they said they cannot return my money. i lost hopes on them and don't want to take any further harassment

Dismantled machine: 6 Times, dont know any thing about washing machines, not fixed the issue yet. after collecting money they refused to fix light indicators, automatic Door unlock, automatic wash issues and saying they cannot fix all these things. they said replaces PCB board and collected 8000 Rs in total, please check receipt attached

What is final outcome of your complain as i have also been cheated in similar way on independence day. i knew motor of my machine was alright but they insisted on replacing motor and charged me Rs 6200. they delivered machine we put clothes and within 10 minutes they machine had same problem that was reported by us before service and replacing motor.
Could you please guide us how to handle these kind of cases.
