Respected sir
I am having my permanent business address stated above and I am
one of the Manager of the business in the name of M/s VIP Info connect,
Hosur which is BPO firm carrying out Turn key software projects and I
am Resident of Hosur having address No.12A, Durga nagar, Near Gani
hotel, Hosur, krishnagiri dist -635109 mobile: [protected]).
One of the director of M/s S2A Smart BPO service, Near
Bommanahalli Police station, Karnataka State By name Praveen Gandhi
S/o Kanagaraj Age 27 yrs ( Mobile [protected]) who introduced as a
Business promoter and acted as mediator for developing our project and
business at Hosur in the address stated above.
We VIP Infoconnect have started our business in the month of July
2019, the above said Praveen Gandhi collected around Rs 3, 50, 000
towards the fees for getting new BPO software Projects and he demanded
that he will adjust the money by Dialer buying and installing work and
interior work of BPO company requirements, where as he has not
completed the job left half the way and not returned back the money. It
is came to know that the said Praveen not paid the required amounts to
the job works who engaged for Interior and Project dialer( Interior work
done by Shri Washeem Mob. [protected] and project & Dialer by
Stephen George Mob. [protected]).
All the money I have transferred to Praveen’s account by on line
from my Savings bank accounts of City bank and Axis Bank.
Though he is residing in the below address with the working contact
mobile he is just evading and avoiding my calls and request and not
return back the money.
Hence I request the respectable Inspector of Police to accept my
complaint, and to take proper legal action against the cheater and
request to recover the amount of around Rs 350000 from the cheater and
to take appropriate action against the cheater to stop further cheating
the other innocent public like me.
