SO FAR I AM STAYING AT MUMBAI AND MY FLAT IS VACANT AND RARELY USED.I HAVE DEPOSITED A CHEQUE OF RS. 1500.00 IN YOUR ACCOUNT CLEARED AT[protected], SO TO CLEAR YOUR MINIMUM GAS CHARGES.BUT I AM SURPRISED AND SHOCKED HOW SO BIG AMOUNT YOU HAVE CHARGED ME. I AM MIDDLE CLASS PERSON, KINDLY CLARIFY ABOUT MY BILL IN DETAIL EARLIEST POSSIBLE.
