Gas cylinder delivering person named velu, for the area domestic nandambakkam, chennai-89 and st. Thomas mount, chennai-600016 who is working for sabha indane gas agencies (Ad hoc) — indane, chennai. He is asking rs.40/- more than the bill amount. (The delivery charge was not mentioned in the bill.) while asking about this to him he answered, "hereafter why i should deliver the cylinder for your bill, you directly go and take the cylinder from agency."
This hurts us more.
We are very eager to know the legal proof for this extra amount asked by him. I believe that he is asking this amount only to some customers of same area.
Hope this might not be repeated after your consideration.
