I ordered drone fro 55k and at first they say pay 20% and the rest after delivery and everything is refundable.. Now they are calling again to pay 15k for customs and when i say i will pay the rest after delivery they are saying non refundable and they even say to forget the amount i have paid if iam not paying the 15k as they are not refunding it...

I was at the shop some few days back and did make purchase from them and everything was fine
Anyway maybe I did not experience such because I went directly
Try speak to them again I am sure something can still be done to get your product
