Hi, i have booked ticket from delhi to kanpur frim red bus application under safar services. Bus no. Is up 83 bt 1171. Rude and harsh behaviour of bus attendants was what i faced during my journey. If any passenger has booked his tickets where will he keep his luggage. People who book train tickets can take loads of luggage without extra charge but here you have to pay heavy charges and with no fixed rates. Just for 3 baggages i was charged 400/- rs. And on arguing for duch payment the driver said "bhai sahab ka samaan utaar do aise nai le jaa payenge". Have i paid 950/- rs for sich pathetic and rude behaviour. Where will i go in night. So they all take undue advantage and charging unnecessary charges. I want strict actions to be taken and want my money back. Fixed rate of 20 rs. Is acceptable once but 400/- rs. For 3 baggages weired. Please help and suggest. My contact no. Is [protected].
