[Resolved] Safe Packers And Movers — It has been almost 23 days my vehicle has not be delivered as promised against 7days delivery

I booked my bike through safe packers and mover madhapur, hyderabad. I called them almost 15days every day they say tomorrow and yet my bike is not delivered. Whenever I call the guy +91-[protected] he either puts on hold or don't answer my call. I moved to usa to cant go to police station have a FIR against them. I am scared whether they are not misusing my vehicle.

Updated by dineshjain5 I booked my bike through safe packers and mover madhapur, hyderabad. I called them almost every day they say tomorrow and yet my bike is not delivered. Whenever I call the guy name Kuldeep +91-[protected] he either puts on hold or don't answer my call. I moved to usa so cant go to police station have a FIR against them. I am scared whether they are not misusing my vehicle. Do i ask my dad to go hyderabad and make FIR or do i directly give notice to Kuldeep and Safe packers and movers. Can some please guide what should i do, as love my bike and dont want to have single dent on it.
