Safestab Stabilizer — Safestab Stabilizer Burnt out and complete box opened

Hi Team,

I bought 2 Air conditioners from Reliance Digital in Maripur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar in Jun'22. Their staff recommended us to buy Safestab stabilizer so we the same.

Today, Safestab satbilizer burnt out although it was not operational and power was also switched off. The chemicals used inside is so harmful that it automatically burnt and all the chemicals inside it are now exposed to surrounding. Their manufacturing is so worst that on touching it seems to be made of cotton.

We contacted Reliance digital and they said to contact Safestan stabilizer. When we contacted safestab stabilizer, they said to contact Reliance. Being a customer, I am just moving from one door to another without any resolution.

This is so harmful that this can lead to damage to my property and my family members.

Please get this replaced at the earliest as its been 6months I purchased and that too its not operational from last 5months.
