Sir, in the above subject it is requested that 3 cartons of medicines were picked up by safexpress ahmedabad at the rate of 12 rs per kilogram...
But the next day there was a 7 day lock down in ahmedabad so the opportunity taking this he arbitrarily collected the freight.. Which should have been rs 1000 maximum as per the fixed rate, these people charged rs 3360 / - which is very unusual..
Where all the people are giving their deserving service in this odd situation, the same huge amount was charged by safexpress.
And it was not only from me alone that there were many cartons of goods on that day, they have charged a similar amount to all of them…
Just 7 days before delhivery served same volume cartons at just rs 970/-
Therefore, you are requested to talk to the concerned firm to find a suitable solution and our additional charge should be returned to us...
So that safexpress and merchant brothers maintain mutual behavior and love.
