Our client sent some material from mahoba, up to delhi. We were told a nominal rs 10/- per kg will charged but we were cheated in multiple ways
1. Actual weight is 97 kgs, charged weight is 117 kgs
2. Freight - 1170/- which is fine
3. Value surcharge - rs 500/-
4. Handling charge - rs 200/-
5. Safe extention charge - any other logistic firm charges a nominal fee between rs 50 - rs 250 but we were charged atrocious rs 1500/-.
6. Surcharge rs 734/-
7. Gst - 793/-
total rs 5197/-
now when the material has reached delhi they said another rs 235/- will be charged for door delivery. When we asked you tell us and will collect ourselves. They said no we will deliver or else we will take it back and then material charge will be rs 10000/-.
