Hii i m sagar from khanda colony sec -11 here stray dogs are increasing day by day... Sec -11, 12, 13 and khanda colony chauk... The stray dogs are more in this area.. So kindly take the quick action amongst them.. On yesterday morning... When i going to the morning walk i saw one girl around. 8-9 years old she scared and 10-12 stray dogs are agreesivly barking on her... So me and my frnd rescue her...
