I had opened a sahara m benefit monthly deposit scheme in y2012 which have matured in y2017 but the sector office of s. C. C. S. L says they cannot pay as they have no funds and so asks me to convert it to another scheme. I do not want it as i have no faith in them. Will the central govt.
