We had invested in SAHARA Q SHOP Unique Products Range Limited scheme in 31 july 2013 Certificate No.[protected] Customer ID:[protected] Receipt No.[protected] Service Center - Wardha (1383). and then refund my money because i am getting married but Manager sade policy has been lock so give me help and please find attachment.

I have deposited an rd of rs 1000/ per month from 31.03.2010 for tenure 5 years and that matured on 31.03.2015 and also i had done a fixed of 14000 on the same date.But the agent on the 23.06.2012 force me to change the scheme and said that your schemes will mature on the same date on 31.03.2015.I have submited all the documents through agent but till now i have not received my maturity .Niranjan sahu fw code/s.A code:[protected], certificate no.[protected], cust id[protected]/ and membership no.[protected] deposit acc no:[protected]

However, it has not reached so far.Further there is no communication about delay. My attempts to contact company through customer care proved futile. Hi, My recurring deposit matured on 13-Aug-14 but when we approached their office in Jabalpur(Mastana Chowk branch office) Madhya Pradesh, they just say we will issue the cheque by the end of September. After the said date, I visited their office multiple times just to hear that it would take 2 more days or 3 more days or it is getting delayed due to holidays. I had ordered on Sahara Q shop on Monday, 21 July 2014 using my Credit Card from Delhi. The payment was deducted on the spot. I had received a confirmation SMS on my number stating that 'my order# is 9168192 has been successfully confirmed on www.saharaQshop.com and will be shipped soon. It will reach me in next 2 working days'. Though the website says "SQS will deliver the confirmed merchandise product ordered by you on same day in Delhi and for other cities within 2-4 business days". I checked status of my order on 24 July 2014, it was still showing 'In Process'. I called the customer care at[protected] and talked to representative 'Vineta', she told me that the order would be delivered today itself. But no Call/SMS/Email from there side and no order even. I again called on 25 July 2014 and talked to 'Abhay' and wanted to Cancel my order but again he gave a false promise that someone from the warehouse will call you within few hours but the day went and no Call/SMS/Email. Then I received a call from a person of Sahara Q Shop on 26 July 2014 and he told me that my order does not show that it was completed by me... I gave him all details and he told me that he would call me back within few minutes to give the correct status but again no Call/SMS/Email. Now 7 days are gone and there is no status on my order nor I have received my payment back. I suggest that now one should again order from this website. I made an online purchase through my debit card from sahara q shop.My money was deducted and order was booked under order no. 9157862 dated 17 june 2014. suddenly on 23 june i checked my order status and it showed that the order has been rejected for no particular reason Now sahara q shop is not refunding my money through which i made online payment on 17 june 2014 Beena

I made an order 9134791 on 10 April 2014. They made a door delivery on 12 April 2014 with Invoice no. 40445011. they did not deliver My herbal toothpaste and 500Gm Moong daal sabut. the total value o[censored]ndelivered item is 78/-. i made a complaint via email and phone call too. But still neither they refunded my money nor delivered my order completely.

I had purchased one Glucose biscuit from Q shop at Madhuban near nirman vihar delhi 110092 for my grand daughter aged 2 years.
After consuming one-2 bisucit, she went on wometing. when I shaw the manufacturing date it was april.
The packet is in my position.
I want to know the Quality analysis of the Glucose biscuit .If there was any mishappening with my grand daughter who was rsponsible.
One side your company si engaged in mass publicity of Quality products on the other side there is defect in th products, where is the quality control.

Please treat it most urgent and i am waiting for your prompt actions.

I have been invested approx 40000 thousand on sahara real estate abode bond since 2009/10. When I have asked to refund back the money, the company not refunding my money. But company guided to me that is only one way...you should convert the policy on q-shop plan-h for getting the payment after this policy compelition period @ 6 years.
