Sir i am sahil shaw, a company name jp solution is called me and offer me a job of watching videos.
They offer me 10000 a month and provided the link of watching video but the link is not working i informed them but they are not guided me that how i watch the video. So i am not able to watch videos.
And some time they with the help of some advocate (Fake advocate) thereted me to pay 5000+1500 rupees because i am not able to watch the video. This is violation of their terms and conditions of contract.
After some time they sent notice at my address to attend a hearing in court and pay 125000 ruppes...
I am totally confused what should i do.
They are theretening me that my case is registered under section 420 of ipc act..
