Dear sir, i am mr. Sahil jadhav. Had gone to viviana mall today sunday at 7.15 pm. Had some technical issue to my car (Scorpio) hence i came out and parked my car roadside. Clutch was getting stocked while driving causing non application of break and heating the system. Hence we parked the car at road side and called for towing help.
On asking by traffic police mr. Sanjay nagare for parking at the road side, we told him the issue and he on his own helped us to push the car little more ahead. But he was not understanding the situation, and charged us fine of rs. 200/-. He did not supported at all to understand the issue. He was using very high voice and bad language while talking.
Requested you to kindly look into the matter and cancel our unauthorised charges applied.
