Sahu Electronics — Purchase of LG AC

LG INV AC AI+ was purchased from Sahu Agencies lucknow on 29 may 2023. During purchase it was told by the sales executive Mr Abhay that transportation Charges rs 250 and charges for copper wire exceeding 10 metres will have to be paid. There was no other charges that needed to be paid at installation was clearly told by the sales executive The delivery was scheduled for morning 31st may and only after calling them the delivery was done in the afternoon. The fitter who came charged us for the drainage pipe+ Bracket + plug which amounted to 1125 . These charges were not told to us by the sales executive and should have been explained clearly to us. This shows that he was only interested in selling the AC. Issue is of making a fool out of the customer. If we can spend 50000 on purchase we can spend 1125 on installation but these charges should have been clearly explained by him. He had clearly said that no other charges. This is highly unprofessional behaviour and making a mockery of the customer . Please take necessary action . Regards from a serving army officer who is the affected customer in this case
