Address: Sahyadri Hospital nagar Road.

My pol no[protected] National Insurance company. TPA MEDI ASSIST. admission Sahyadri Hospital nagar Road on 6th May 2021, taken pre sanctions of packages. Still how hospital has deducted consultantion amt rs 8538/- and OT charge rs 2846/-total amt 11384/-which are inc with package. Copy forwarded to nationals insurance and TPA. for farther action. Kindly arrange for refund or matter will be raised to higher authority for further action.
