I have booked two tickets in sai abhishek travels. Booking id is nu[protected], travelling date was 11.11.2018 time: 8.15pm.
The bus was cancelled at moment and no communication give. After inquiring they have told us you have shifted in navkar travels. From goregone they have picked us at 8.30 pm and drop near kamaraj nagar mumbai at 10.00pm on the high way and after 10.30pm another navkar bus came and pick us from there and drop at shirpur at 8.30am today. Why the travels playing with customer like this. Totally irresponsible work. I am booking all my flight tickets and bus tickets through make my trip from last few years. Yesterday i have called in your customer care and complaint about this and the guy there told me he will call back with in half an hour after inquire with the bus operators. But till this time no call from your side. If response is like this i will not prefer your site for my future bookings.
