Hi,
I have paid 2500 for driving classes and suppose to pay 2000 after i get dl. He came initially for 2 days then later became irritating. He switched his phone off. He comes once or twice in a week and gives random excuses. He demanded 1000 rs to book driving licence slot. I gave 500. He skipped classes from then on. He is not responding to calls. He comes at random timings according to his wish during the few time he comes. He is also talking harshly with foul language at times. Kindly take some action against this person
