Sir,
I made the payment of bihar police form fees on 27 august 2017 of amount rs.520.80 through citruspay. After few second screen showed that payment unsuccessful due to an error but money got debited from my bank account.
Then contacted to bihar police office (Csbc) to sent me my registration number. They said that"your payment show failure" after that i contacted my bank on verification they found that amount is settled to bank of baroda (Citruspay). So please credit back my money on bank account.
