I paid 50k for the position of java developer at IBM company on sep 2023...They didn't get me a job... waited for 1 year ...Now I applied refund on sep 2024 ...they told within 1month we will refund your money..still they are not refunding my money...They are not responding my call......

Hi this is prabhanjan and i have visited the sai consulatancy and paided RS. 50000/- on 12/09/2022 for job process for diamler company almost one year ago november 2023 still it was on process tolded so i decided to cancel th process and sended mail on 30/12/2023 after that i visited so many time dirctely and mailed also they replied only one thing ( WE WILL CLOSE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ) after that they given date 28/09/2024 we will refund...

My bill no is 26015. I have registered Sai Consultancy on 4/10/2023. Applied Citi bank job in the month of Nov 2023.

I applied a job in Singapore through Sai education and Job consultancy. They make an agreement for this and getting 101000rs money from me at November 2023. The agreement is they give a job visa within march month otherwise return my money at the month last. They dont provide interviews or offer letter to me . So I applied for a refund in March month. I applied for job on 8-3-2024
(Bill number -28445, Name-Raja) with Registration fees Rs.1000 an after Sai education staff confirmation message of job vacancy available.

But they didn't arranged any interviews after 6 weeks too.

So I raises to refund my amount with refund form.

But till now not got refund.
No one picked my calls.
Totally disappointed....

And I paid registration fee 1, 000.
Then I get one offer in November month
And I paid for job 50, 000.
The job was delaying so I cancelled my application and refund.
And June 15 I got my money 50, 000
And they asked your application fees also refund by EOD.

But till now didn't get refund form and not...

As per the consultancy rules they have to refund the amount if they did not provide any job opportunity in mentioned month i have mentioned 1 month for job but still they have not refunded the amount its been 7 month on the still we are visiting the branch for the refund no proper response from them they are spoiling the student carrier and future wasting the time ....
