[Resolved]  Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Delay in getting Refund

This is Mr.Senthil nathan.C, Bill no: 619, registered with Sai consultancy by paying them a total of 1, 01000 INR (One Lakh and one thousand Indian Rupees) on Nov 3rd of 2022 for Singapore Job as a CAD Designer at SC Auto industries. At the time of my initial communication with the Sai team, what they were telling me is totally different from what had happened. They said in a maximum of 45 days I can have my Singapore Visa IPA Number but I waited for almost 7months and the Singapore company has not even applied for it. These people just kept telling the same thing as an update every month and just simply postponed the date when we expected some positive response from them. I got frustrated & have decided to cancel the job process in the month of March 2023 itself but they convinced me to wait for another 2 months for one last chance & that's until May 23rd, they even told me that the Singapore company's HR doesn't have intention to let me cancel the Job process. I have believed their words and when May 23rd came they just repeated the same thing again which made me feel like believing in consultancy like Sai is totally my fault and I have realized that now. Having 12 years experience and approaching Local consultancy is a non sense.

Finally I canceled the job process and requested consultancy for a refund on May 24th 2023. At the time of registration I was informed that in case the consultancy failed to offer me a job in said period I can have my full refund within a week or maximum 2 weeks but now they are yet to give me the exact date when I can get a refund.

I'm in urgent need of money. Please help to get my money back from Sai consultancy asap.
